To act even though you are afraid is to be courageous. To be courageous doesn't mean you're "fearless." To be courageous means you feel the fear, but you don't let it control you. You allow your inner strength to pull you through your fears to overcome what ever it is that needs to be dealt with.
The Rhythm of Strength honours the inner strength you already posses to do all the things you need to do.

Tracks 7 & 8 - Rhythm of Empowerment
Empowerment comes from within. However, outside sources like these essential rhythms can help you find that place of empowerment within you. First of all we must learn to love and accept ourselves for exactly the way we are today: all the good, all the bad, our strengths, our weaknesses, our power and, yes, even our vulnerabilities. It’s easy to appreciate your best qualities, but empowerment will come from accepting who you truly are…humps, bumps, lumps and all!
The Rhythm of Empowerment embraces and honours the person that you are today.

For most of us, our limits in life are completely self-imposed. Have you ever noticed that when you know you can do something, you generally can? I’m sure you have probably heard this before but "knowing is not the same as wishful thinking." Wishful thinking is passive and it won’t make your dreams and goals come true. "Knowing" is having the courage to find a way to overcome any and all obstacles that you find blocking your path.
When you’re learning something new, have the courage to say, "I can learn this! I am capable and I am not going to let obstacles stand in my way!" Believe you can and you will!
The Rhythm of Courage represents and honours all the courage that you possess.
